OUR STORY

Built with Purpose. Driven by Vision.

2020

Dennis Earls launches Haltere Group, a commercial real estate investment and syndication platform focused on multifamily acquisitions throughout the Southern United States.

Haltere completes its first acquisition in Monroe, Louisiana, establishing the foundation for its regional multifamily portfolio.

2021

Damon Hawkins joins Dennis Earls in expanding Haltere’s investor network, building strategic relationships throughout the National Pan-Hellenic Council and introducing commercial real estate investing to more than 100 Divine Nine investors.

Haltere expands beyond Louisiana with its first acquisition in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

2022

Haltere receives approval for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac agency financing, significantly expanding its access to non-recourse institutional debt and strengthening its ability to pursue larger multifamily acquisitions.

The company enters its third state with the acquisition of a multifamily community in Berkeley, Missouri.

2023

Mikáel Pyles joins Dennis Earls and Damon Hawkins, adding significant operational, corporate, and entrepreneurial expertise to Haltere’s growing investment platform.

Haltere completes its first land acquisition in Tuskegee, Alabama and acquires its first 100+ unit multifamily community in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

2024

Haltere builds out its internal infrastructure across property management, accounting, finance, and legal, creating a more scalable operating platform.

With lender approval, the company launches its self-management platform, assuming direct operational oversight of more than 1,000 multifamily units.

Haltere shifts its acquisition strategy toward larger, institutional-scale multifamily communities and surpasses $50 million in assets under management.

The portfolio expands rapidly through multiple acquisitions in New Orleans, Louisiana and Columbus, Mississippi.

2025

Haltere launches its student housing platform, expanding the company’s strategy into residential development serving university communities.

The company acquires 17 residential duplexes adjacent to Jackson State University, establishing the foundation for a broader investment and development strategy centered around Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

The initiative marks Haltere’s expansion beyond traditional multifamily ownership into purpose-driven development designed to create both investment value and meaningful community impact.

2026

The Lee Adrion Company is established, bringing Haltere Group under the ownership and strategic leadership of the Earls and Pyles families.

The transition represents the evolution of a multifamily syndication company into a broader, vertically integrated commercial real estate platform built around investment, development, construction, property management, and strategic partnerships.

Lee Adrion enters into a strategic partnership with an established, multi-decade property management company, further strengthening its operating infrastructure and institutional management capabilities.

The Lee Adrion Company begins its next chapter with an expanded platform, a growing national portfolio, and a unified vision for long-term investment, development, and community impact.
