EP on Lawrence, formerly The Willows Apartments, is a 263-unit residential community in New Orleans East. The Lee Adrion Company assumed ownership in March 2026, acquiring the property through a federal court public auction for $3.75 million and committing $13 million toward its full rehabilitation.
The project is being carried out in close coordination with the City of New Orleans, the Housing Authority of New Orleans, and NOPD’s 7th District. Immediate priorities included securing the property with a reinforced gate and a camera system linked to the Real Time Crime Center, replacing roofing property-wide, and restoring common areas to functional status. Rehabilitation is proceeding building by building, with full restoration targeted within 18 to 24 months.
EP on Lawrence represents The Lee Adrion Company’s first directly owned asset in New Orleans and one of the most significant redevelopment efforts underway in the New Orleans East corridor.
