Prairie View is our first ground-up development, and the largest project in our HBCU housing division. Across 44 acres, we are building student housing alongside recreation, retail, and hospitality designed for Prairie View A&M students and the surrounding community alike.
Where Jackson State proved the model, Prairie View scales it. This is not a housing complex adjacent to a campus. It is a hub built to serve the people who live, study, and work here, with the density and programming to anchor the area for decades.
This ground-up development on 44 acres is designed to serve students first and the greater Prairie View community alongside them. Housing, retail, and recreation together, meeting the potential of an area ready for development of this scale.

173 units designed for shared student living, with private bedrooms throughout.

A planned 32,000 square foot hotel to serve visiting families, alumni, and university guests, adding a revenue stream independent of the academic calendar.
