Our flagship HBCU development goes beyond student housing. It is a vibrant community designed for modern student life, anchored by a landmark investment from Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
That commitment stands among the most significant by a Divine Nine organization to HBCU student housing infrastructure in recent memory. It also means the students who live here are housed by an organization that has served this community for more than a century, alongside a development partner building for the long term.
This is the first project in our HBCU housing division, and the introduction of our mission at large: to strengthen communities, elevate resident experiences, and generate enduring value in the spaces that people, including students, call home.
Located just steps from the Jackson State football field, this fully renovated, energy-efficient residential community will offer the comfort, connectivity, and culture today's students deserve.
